Applicants We process personal data for the purpose of an application for employment in as far as this is required for the decision regarding the establishment of an employment with us or to defend against legal claims resulting from the application processing procedure used. In this context, art. 26 section 1 in conjunction with section 8 sentence 2 BDSG [German Federal Data Protection Act] or art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR form the legal bases. Forwarding to third parties In part, we use service providers that process data on our account (e.g. in e-mail marketing, as mail service providers or as support in processing customer inquiries, also financial and insurance service providers).
